Massage

So today I went to get a massage with one of Bob's co-workers. It was a Japanese massage place. Couple of key differences from regular massages:

1) massages are done in a "common" room (so you are all together)
2) you were kimono's when walking around the place

So Pinky told me to try the bentosa cupping - I am all for new stuff so I said sure! For bentosa they use glass cups, heat them up, then put them on accupoints on your back. The flame creates a vacuum which creates a suction of the cup to your skin. Here is what it looks like during....

Although it looks like it was really painful it actually felt pretty good. I would definitely do it again!
