Becoming a Scuba Diver

So this weekend we took a scuba diving course. 2 days of pool and classroom instruction. It was pretty interesting and fun! Although after 3 hours of being in the pool, you start to look like you are abou 90 years old! I was a bit nervous as first, but it was a lot easier than I thought it would be. Now, being in the open ocean with critters could be a whole different deal! Now we have to do 4 open water dives with an instructer and then we are totally certified. Pretty cool! We might be going next weekend to Lake Ontario....bbrrrrrrrr. Or we wait and go somewhere warm!
