How to Kill a Cockroach

So in Idaho we don't have cockroaches so every time I see one in my kitchen, I don't scream anymore but they give me the heeby jeebies. Richard was in the kitchen when I saw one and saw my reaction (shivering/shaking/making a disgusted face). In the blink of an eye, he grabbed the cockroach with his bare foot, squished it and took it outside - still squished in his foot. I was totally grossed out yet impressed at the same time! It was one fluid motion. I need to learn how to do that (but I won't)! I told him how impressed I was at his cockroach killing skills and he said he does it all the time. Thank goodness I have a professional!
